Has got a painful right shoulder last months. Hard to elevate. No nerve root signs.
During examination she can actively raise her arm to the ear. Abducting more painful. Rotation as well.
In palpation she hurts over the sub-acromial bursa. Painful over the spine, but no major protrusion of the rod. Movements are painful over the L3L4 aspect.
She doesn’t want to have injections, try Voltaren gel and oral as well.
We are discussing proper combination of drugs. Physiotherapy as well.. We are in agreement that there is no meaning in removing the hardware. Keep in contact by e-mail.
