You will be pleased to hear that your MRI scan shows nothing desperate or dangerous in your lower back. The only thing we need now to sort out is where this pain is coming from in relation to the original donor site for your bone graft, is a test called a radioisotope bone scan which I have ordered and an appointment will come to you direct from the Nuclear Medicine Department, here at Frimley.
I will write to you again with the results of this and a plan of action.
I understand that you are sore and want this sorted out, but I am sure you will be pleased to know that there is nothing sinister or dangerous going on underneath.
