Harrison March 1998
My apologies, your radioisotope bone scan results have been overlooked. I did write a comment on them seven weeks ago, but this hasnīt been translated into a letter yet. You will be pleased to know there is no structural damage to your sacro iliac joints or discs and no increased activity from the donor bone site on scanning. This leaves us with the conclusion that you do not have nerve pain as I suspected from your original consultation with me last December.
I think there are injections that may reduce the intensity of this pain and I am planning to do this for you as a day case here at Frimley and an early appointment to the day unit will be sent under separate cover.
Letter sent from Dr Harrison to me personally.
