Jackson Review January 1994
I saw Simone for review today. Her symptoms are confined to the lumbo sacral junction on the left side, and usually trouble her when she has been on her feet for some time. She has no signs or symptoms of disc lesion, and I am sure that she is suffering from a facet syndrome.
Her previous spinal fusion is sound and I donīt think is directly responsible for her lumbo sacral problem. I do think she would benefit from an elasticated lumbar support which I am arranging for her to be fitted with. I donīt think there is any more that I can usefully do for her, and I have not arranged to see her again unless requested.
Dr Jackson review to Dr Watters.
